new baby...

ah no...not the crawling, screaming, giggling type...this is a car. Yes it is VERY unlike me to be interested in a car....I always say I hate them and completely switch off when Brad starts taking about them....maybe because I've never had one I like...well, it came time to get rid of our cars...I have always secretly wanted one of these since i first saw them about 7 years ago....and so Brad got me one!  A RED (YAY!!) PT Cruiser.  I'm so happy with it...luckily I was too busy with work to spend time looking at cars because I would have talked Brad out of it as too frivolous...but I'm so glad I wasn't around to say NO....i love it...its so me..if any car could be like you..this car is me...so here is my new baby...with Isaac grinning from ear to ear.

No scrapbooking been happening in this house for months...I think July was the last time I sat down to do anything...that was my last deadline for the articles I have been writing for the magazine 'Scrapbooking Memories."  I loved working with them - such great people...but I had to give some things up this year and sadly that was one of them. One more week of school and then I'm looking forward to getting all these photos printed and getting some pages done.  These few pages are quite a few months old now but thats all I've got to share for now.

So good to hear from you again, Daphney! That teaching business sure takes it out of a person, doesn't it? I'll bet that you've really deserved those holidays that are on their way. Congrats on being made permanent at your school.

What a cute car! And so YOU! You so deserve a new car...lol I remember the old ones and those cold Friday nights when you would drop me off after after a crop! lol But hey they always took you from A to B!
